All are warmly invited to Covenant High School’s annual drama production! The play is called Leaving Iowa: The Comedy about Family Vacations, by Tim Clue and Spike Manton. Leaving Iowa follows the story of Don Browning, a middle-aged writer, who sets out on a road trip in a last-ditch effort to honor his father’s dying wish: to bury his ashes in his childhood home. But when Don discovers that Grandma’s house is now a grocery store, he embarks on a journey across the U.S. searching for the proper resting place for his father. The play will take place on March 17 and 18 at 7:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased at the door. Adults’ tickets are $4, students are $2, and children 12 and under are free.
