Doug McNutt is our speaker this Wednesday, September 11th and will speak on “Islam, Seminaries, and the Smoke of a Thousand Villages Without Christ: What’s Happening with Missions in Africa Today.” Rev. McNutt is a full-time missionary with the Trinity Center for World Mission, a ministry started by PCA pastors in East and Central Africa to plant churches, do pastoral theological training, and empower local churches to advance the kingdom of God. He is an ordained teaching elder in the PCA. He currently teaches in and helps to run theology courses throughout the year in 5 locations in 3 African countries, works with local pastors to facilitate church-planting, does curriculum writing, and representing the organization in the States. He is married to Kelly, whom he met in Africa, and they have 5 children (Moses 13, Makenna 12, Miriam 10, Genevieve 8, and Judah 5). Doug McNutt, Charlie Dey and Nathaniel Gutierrez have been long-time partners in the gospel and in prayer since their days together at Covenant College
