– Serving at Tacoma Rescue Mission

The second Saturday of the month is almost upon us! That means that we’ll be serving at the Tacoma Rescue Mission. A special thanks to those who have provided cookies and/or easily served dessert treats for us to include with the meal. We need a total of 200 servings each time, which can mean 2 cookies per serving. So, we welcome new bakers to jump in with treats as well! You can put them in the kitchen freezer and mark them with Tacoma Rescue Mission or TRM by noon on Saturday, May 14th. Also, please let Sandy Milton know, via email (samilton1000@gmail.com), what you’re providing and how many so that she can plan accordingly. If you’re hoping to help us serve, please let Sandy know that as well. Thank you for sharing in “giving food to the hungry and drink to the thirsty.” (Matthew 25: 34-35).
